By registering for early access or using any part of PrepMyEvent, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

PrepMyEvent is an AI-powered event intelligence platform that helps B2B professionals discover, track, and prepare for business events. The platform provides attendee intelligence, ICP matchmaking, and event discovery features. The service is currently in early access / pre-launch phase.

3. Permitted Use

You may use PrepMyEvent solely for lawful business intelligence and event preparation purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for spam, unsolicited outreach, or harassment
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Use the platform to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on PrepMyEvent — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, AI-generated outputs, and software — are the exclusive property of Smartians AI Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. User Data and Privacy

Your use of PrepMyEvent is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PrepMyEvent uses artificial intelligence to generate event intelligence briefs and attendee insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may not be fully accurate. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated outputs. Users should independently verify information before making business decisions.

7. Credit-Based Access

Access to certain features of PrepMyEvent requires credits. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Unused credits may expire as specified in your plan terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartians AI Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PrepMyEvent. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PrepMyEvent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PrepMyEvent at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
